Returns & Terms OF SERVICE

If your satisfaction with your purchase is not absolute, kindly reach out to us for returns or exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date, accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that special orders, installed items, unpackaged mattresses and/or foundations, and certain other items specified below are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Additional exclusions may also apply, so feel free to contact us for clarification.

Upon the return of your item, a thorough inspection will be conducted, and exchanges, credits, or refunds will be processed based on the purchase price. Any applicable taxes will be refunded in adherence to relevant laws. While delivery fees are generally non-refundable, exceptions can be made for manufacturer defects or damage during transit. Please note that AK Casa Furniture reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges for items that are not in a pristine, as-new condition due to client-inflicted damage or misuse.

We make every effort to ensure that the prices on our products are accurate and up-to-date. However, in the event that a product is listed with an incorrect price due to typographical errors, technical issues, or any other reason, AK Casa Furniture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment processed. If an order is affected by an incorrect price, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and provide the option to proceed with the purchase at the correct price or cancel the order.

By purchasing from AK Casa Furniture, you agree that we are not liable for any errors in pricing, and you acknowledge that any orders placed at an incorrect price are subject to review and cancellation.
